I started Stroller Strides 4 months ago and keep asking myself why I didn't do this 2 years ago! I have more energy during the day and an actual desire to be healthy. The workout incorporates cardio, strength, and endurance... SO much more than "moms walking with strollers". I treasure the friendships my son and I have made. Thank you to every mom in the class for being a part of our journey to a healthy, better life <3

I have never been good at sticking to a work out plan. I found myself several times during the year saying "this time ill stick to it". When I had my son Alex I was not returning to work and about two months after he was born I found myself feeling lonely/bored. I researched on the internet "mommy groups" and came across Stroller Strides of Puyallup. I attended my first class and instantly was hooked! With my personality I need the help of others to "keep going". The instructors and other moms do just that! I have grown to love working out and knowing there are weekly playdates and monthly "mom's night out" is a plus with this program! I am so grateful I found Stroller Strides and I know Alex is too :-)

I've been doing Stroller Strides for 7 months now and have had the most wonderful experience! With twin babies it is tough to get a good workout in, Stroller strides makes it much easier! I I have enjoyed the workouts and have made some wonderful friends in the process! I've also gotten in better shape than before I had my babies!

It's hard to pick one single favorite thing about this class and great group of moms. I mean, I'm getting in what is bound to be the best shape of my life. The camaraderie of the women is mind blowing. My daughter has a blast and I LOVE the model I'm setting for my her! Stroller Strides ROCKS!!!!
