Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 HIIT workouts in a group setting each week, an online support group with weekly challenges, homework, motivation and coaching, digital nutritional guide and home workouts.

Have you ever dreamed of crossing the finish line, but aren't sure how to get started? Are you looking to get some extra cardio? Are you looking for some super cool other women to run with? If you answered "yes" then our Running Club is for you!!! This program will be designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM Puyallup moms. You'll be provided with an 8 week training program, learn about running form, injury prevention, and how to safely increase speed and distance.

Our training and group runs will be led by our talented coach Kate, and will take place on Saturdays at 8am at Bradley Lake Park, rain or shine (thank goodness for great tree coverage!) Kids in strollers are always welcome!
